Brandon T. Reeser
Brandon continually strives to bring his clients the clarity needed to understand difficult issues and the creativity and tenacity to achieve their goals. A litigator with a focus on construction litigation, automobile liability, and commercial litigation, Brandon also aggressively pursues and defends debt collection, lien actions, and appellate matters.* In addition to his litigation work, Brandon takes pride in advising individual and organizational clients on matters from contracts to licensing and resolving disputes without the need for judicial intervention.
Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Furman University before attending the Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as a managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Following clerkships with the Honorable Gary R. Wade and the Honorable Sharon G. Lee of the Supreme Court of Tennessee and the Honorable Richard W. Story of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Brandon returned to South Carolina as law clerk for the Honorable G. Thomas Cooper, Jr. in South Carolina’s Fifth Judicial Circuit before joining the firm in 2014.
Brandon is licensed to practice in all South Carolina State courts as well as the Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
